Sauerkraut & Sausage Pizza
Ingredients: Pizza Dough, preferably home made l litre of sauerkraut 2 cups pizza sauce Mozzerella cheese Hot Italian Sausage, (Carribean is also good)
Method: Drain sauerkraut and squeese our the juice with hands. Mix sauerkraut with pizza sauce. Spread on the unbaked pizza dough. Top with mozz. cheese, enough to cover the sauerkraut. Top all this with sausage. I take the sausage out of the caseing and dab on top. Bake at 425 F. oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
