PINEAPPLE DESERT
Ingredients: 2 cups graham crumbs 1/2 cup melted butter 1/2 cup soft butter 2 cups icing sugar 2 eggs 2-3 medium size bananas 15 oz can of pineapples (DRAINED)
Mix graham crumbs and melted butter and put into pan or dish. In bowl mix eggs, soft butter and icing sugar, it will be runny. Slice enough bananas to cover bottom of pan. Put pineapples over bananas. Add Cool-Whip and sprinkle with graham crumbs. Put into fridge for 2-3 hours. Submitted by Brian Bollivar January 19, 1999
