COD AU GRATIN
Ingredients: 4 cups.(2lbs) cooked cod fillets 1 cup. grated sharp cheddar cheese 3 tbsp. flour 3 tbsp. butter 2 cups of milk 1/8 tsp. white pepper 1/2 tsp. salt
Flake fish. Make white sauce with butter, flour, salt, pepper and milk. Stir until thickened. Arrange fish in bottom of dish or individual servings. Cover fish with cream sauce and top with grated cheese. Place casseroles in shallow pan of water and bake at 350F. for 30 minutes. Submitted by: George Wootten February 23, 1997
