SAUERKRAUT SALAD
Ingredients: 1 large tin sauerkraut 1 onion 1 1/2 cups white sugar 1 cup celery 1 small red pepper 1/2 cup salad oil 2 grated carrots 1/2 cup vinegar 1 small green pepper
Drain sauerkraut. Cut onion fine. Chop celery, carrot and peppers. Mix salad oil vinegar and sugar in a separate bowl. Blend well. Then add to the other ingredients and store in refrigerator overnight. This is great at a barbeque or pot luck supper.
