PaPa Des Jardins Famous Barbeque Sauce
Ingredients:
1 cup lemon juice
1/2 " butter
1/4 " salt
1/2 " sugar
1/2 pint vinegar
1 small garlic clove chopped fine, real fine
2 cups tomato sauce
14 ozs homemade ketchup
1 heaping teaspoon black pepper
10 ozs(or preference) worcestershire sauce
1 quart water..
Put this all in a large pot, bring to boil than simmer till thick.. I add cayene pepper when I am loooking for hot , or pineapples and different fruit for a sweet pork of kebab.
