Homemade Tomato Juice
1/2 bushel of tomatoes in juice 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 cups sugar 4 tsps.onion salt 2 tbsp.salt (not iodized) 4 tsps. celery salt
Boil tomatoes to remove skins,put through a food grinder to remove seeds,boil all ingredients together put in bottle and put in pressure cooker for 1 hour,when you want a good glass of tomatoe juice without any additives,go to the coldroom.
