Golden Carrot Bake
3 cups shredded carrots 2 cups cooked rice 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese 1/2 cup milk 2 beaten eggs 2 Tbsp. minced onoins salt and pepper
Method Combine these in a bowl. Pour into a (1 1/2 qt.) , greased casserole dish. Top with (another) 1/2 cup of shredded cheese. Bake, covered, in a 350 degree oven, for 50 to 60 minutes
