BASIC QUICK COOK PASTA SAUCE
Ingredients:
3-4 cloves garlic (crushed)
1/4 to 1/2 sweet onion
1 small zuccini(6")
1 stick celery
1 small carrot
1/2 sweet red pepper
mushrooms(lots!)
1 can pastiene italian tomatoes(crush with potato masher)
2 Tbls olive oil(use your seasoned oil)
fesh grated parmesian cheese to taste
optional:
1/2 can tomato paste
3-4 steamed or soaked sun dried tomatoes(chopped fine)
1 glug of red wine(2-3 tbls)
Seasoning
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp ground pepper
optional:1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
