Sandcastles Beach House is a winterized duplex comprised of two fully private, self contained, two story cottages known as 'Duneside' and 'Meadowside'. The house has a beautifully finished pine interior, and all rooms offer generous space and a tasteful decor. Each unit can comfortably accommodate at least 6 persons, and comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer and dryer (as well as outside drying lines), 27" color TV (with satellite programming), DVD player, VCR, CD and video collection, telephone and more. Inside you will find a collection of games and toys and outdoors you will discover playground equipment and a shower for when you return from a dip in the ocean.

The side by side layout of Sandcastles Beach House appeals to vacationers because of the flexibility of having privacy when renting one side or closeness when getting together with friends or relatives when renting both sides.

Living Area The living area for both 'Duneside' and 'Meadowside' includes a comfortable living room downstairs (with all new furniture in 2008, including a new queen-size Beautyrest sofabed), a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining room and a new, up to date, roomy bathroom.
	Master Bedrooms Each unit of Sandcastles Beach House has a spacious upstairs master bedroom which steps out onto a furnished deck with a view of MacKay Pond emptying into the ocean. You'll want to lay back on the quality queen size bed and listen to the waves.
Second Bedrooms The large second bedroom on both 'Duneside' and "Meadowside "features a queen bed and a single bed.

Location Sandcastles Beach House is just a three minute walk from one of Prince Edward Island's finest beaches. It is also conveniently located a leisurely 20 minute drive from Prince Edward Island National Park at Cavendish with all the family activities that community provides. We are also 20 minutes from Summerside with its live performances, and many fine restaurants and shops. We are less than 15 minutes from Kensington which offers groceries, shops, restaurants and a tourist information center. Sandcastles Beach House also offers you an information package which provides helpful hints ranging from golfing opportunities nearby to music Ceilidhs just down the road on Wednesday nights.
