Hello Everyone

Did you know that it is mandatory to have a Snowmobile Operators Course in order to drive a snowmobile in Nova Scotia for anyone under the age of 16?  The parent or guardians of the child riding a snowmobile must also take the Operators Course before October 2008.   All persons who register an OHV after April 1, 2006, who have not previously operated an OHV of that type and do not qualify for an exemption under subsection (2), you do have until April 1, 2012 to obtain your course.
